리비아 사태 - 동전의 반대편

마치 거머리가 붙어 피를 빨아먹는 형국의 리비아와 아프리카의 실상

 

제목은 리비아 사태가 동전의 다른 쪽 면이라고 상징적인 어휘를 썼지만 사진이 보여주는대로 파산해버린 미국과 영국 등이 리비아 석유자산을 강탈하는 모습이 거머리에 다름 아니라는 것입니다. 유엔을 이용해 내세우는 말은 리비아 반군의 민주화투쟁을 지원하는 전쟁이라 했지만 구실에 불과하다는 것이고요.

1) 리비아에서 미국, 영국, 프랑스가 벌인 전쟁과 명분은 강대국의 초라한 몰골을 드러낸 것이며 그저 석유자산이라도 뺏어서 자국의 전비를 충당하려는 궁색한 강도짓에 불과하다고 일갈합니다. 미국 오바마 대통령은 노벨상 수상이 무색하게도 아프리카 국가의 여망을 짓밟고 그들이 피같이 여기는 석유자산도 강탈하는 모습을 보여줍니다. 데이빗 카메론, 사르코지 영국, 프랑스 수뇌부도 전쟁을 합리화하고 불안하기 짝이 없는 반군정부와 무리한 자산 강탈 계약을 체결하는데 열중할 뿐입니다.

2) 리비아정부군은 결코 물러서지 않습니다. 왜냐하면 리비아 국민의 90%가 정부를 신뢰하며 그들의 의회이며 정부인 자마히리야 체제의 생존을 자기 생존으로 여기며 결사투쟁을 하기 때문입니다. 그러니 나토는 반군정부를 승인해놓고서도 민주적인 선거를 하겠다는 발표를 하지 못합니다.

3)나토군은 유엔안보리 결의안을 정면으로 위반하고 있는데요 그 증거 중의 하나로서 며칠전 프랑스 특수부대원 17명이 체포되고 그와 함께 영군 특수부대 2명, 기타 요원들이 체포되어서 바니 왈리드 정부 감옥에 구금된 신세가 됬는데요 이는 나토군이 지상요원으로 활약한 수많은 증거 중에 하나입니다. 영국 정부는 이에 대해 일체 성명을 발표하지 않고 있고요.

4) 나토 테러부대는 바니 왈리드와 시르테에 대한 대규모 공격을 감행하지만 결과는 45명의 요원이 희생되고 25대 차량 손실로 이어집니다. 이 시기에 타루나 지역은 리비아 정부군에 의해 탈환됩니다. 브레가에서는 나토 헬기가 수많은 민간인 사망자를 만들어내고 격추됩니다.

5) 정부군 32여단 카미스 장군은 리비아 전역에 유격전을 감행할 특수부대를 만들어서 자체적으로 작전을 합니다. 이미 알려진 바대로 사하라 사막의 투아레그 부족 부대는 말리, 니제르, 알제리아 등지에 광범위한 리비아 지원 작전을 펼치는데 만일 그 나라들이 리비아에 손해가 되는 작전을 벌인다면 자기들이 분쇄할 것이며 이는 투아레그 부족에 대한 도전으로 간주하고 대적한다고 서슬퍼런 선언을 합니다.

6) 9월18일 일요일에 트리폴리 대학교 경내에는 리비아 자마히리야를 상징하는 녹색 깃발이 나부꼈습니다. 이는 대단히 대담한 투쟁이며 반군정부에 대한 치명적인 도전인데 이 때문에 카메론 수상과 사르코지 대통령이 방문할 때 트리폴리에 들어오지 못하고 공항에서만 계약체결 행사만 하고 바로 자국으로 돌아간 어색한 상황을 만들게 된 것입니다.

7) 라스 라누프는 그 전날 금요일에 나토군 치하에서 해방됐습니다. 그래서 리비아 정부군은 전선 지형도를 새로 고쳤는데요 그곳에 나부낀 격문은 모든 리비아 권력과 모든 자산, 무든 무기는 국민의 손에 있다고 쓰여져있습니다.

자 이제 리비아 사태가 강대국의 의도에 의해 돌아가지 않고 그네들의 거대한 실패극을 보여주는 형국입니다. 자산과 일부 현금을 강탈했는지는 모르나 이것은 강대국 파산 실태의 막바지에 이른 몰골만을 보여줄 뿐입니다.

유엔이 사망했고 리비아의 처지는 카프카 소설에 나온 퇴화된 벌레처럼 됬다는 제목이 올라옵니다.

리비아 전쟁을 저지른 세계 강대국이나 국제 금융자본가에게야 유엔의 9월 16일 결의로 리비아 임시정부를 승인한 것이 고맙고 당연하게 여겨지겠지만 세계 자유민들과 리비아인에게는 이런 억울한 일이 있을 수가 없습니다. 그 반군의 임시정부라는 것이 순전한 리비아인이 아니고 미군과 영군 등의 특수부대원들로 구성되었고 알카에다 용병들의 연합세력인데 어떻게 리비아를 대표하는지 기가 막히는 일입니다. 게다가 전쟁은 여전히 리비아 정부와 국민의 수중에 있는 것이지 반군이나 나토군이 장악하고 있는 것도 아닌데 어째서 유엔이란 데가 이런 엉터리 같은 반군국가 승인을 해줄 수가 있느냐 항의가 나오는 것이죠.

유엔은 정도를 벗어나서 불량 강대국의 거수기 노릇을 하고 있고요 국제 자본가의 놀음에 앞잡이가 됐습니다.

Start the music: “As the fighting dies down in Libya, the beloved NTC, brimming with democrats and expounding racial tolerance, take their rightful positions applauded by 90 per cent of Libya’s doting population (choke) as things get back to normal and billionaire rebuilding contracts are doled out to western powers” (Cut!)

Yes ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the United Nations’ Libya Roadshow! Today we bring to you a human circus, a twenty-first century freak show, starring Davey “If I have to pay anything back, then I shall, just let me trash this restaurant first” Camoron, Nicolas Sarko the “I hate gypsies” Psycho and Barack “I insulted the Nobel Peace Prize, phuck Palestine” Obomber.

In today’s show you can hear Davey Camoron talking about imposing freedom and democracy from 30,000 feet, as NATO precision bombs homes spreading peace and security, freedom and democracy with the Bible and the Bullet, by blasting the limbs and faces off Libyan kids, eh what? Followed by Nicolas hoin hoin hoin “do the Mediterranean fish really like frogs?” Sarko the Psycho telling us how he pinched Libya’s oilfields from Italy’s Silvio “I didn’t call Angela an unpluckable lard-ass” Berlusconi. And just before the curtain falls (Start the Stars and Stripes), hand-on-heart Barack “I beg your pardon, I never promised you change” Obomber will deliver a heart-rending speech about how great the US of A and the UNO destroyed the African Dream and wrenched the instruments of wealth from their grubby little hands, the savages!

This will be followed by the predictable and by now stayed music-hall stand-up comedy as interests are traded behind the scenes, lines are drawn on maps and we find out who gets what.

This is indeed a road show. As for the reality on the ground, now for something entirely different.

The vast majority of Libya is in the hands of the Libyan Armed Forces (LAF) advised by Colonel Muammar al-Qathafi. These forces have not collapsed, they have remained intact, for a very simple reason: the vast majority of the Libyan population supports the Jamahiriya system of government and that is why NATO refuses to allow for a free and fair democratic election to be held.

As for NATO’s breaking its rules of engagement and the UNSC Resolutions covering this conflict, there are credible reports from multiple sources that 17 mainly French but including 2 British special forces and others that have been captured and are imprisoned in Bani Walid. No troops on the ground? No wonder the British Ministry of Defence (MoD) refused to comment and passed me to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and no wonder the FCO referred me back to the MoD. Talk about getting their knickers in a twist.

NATO/Terrorist forces have tried and failed to take this city as well as the city of Sirte for around a month now, yesterday’s skirmishes alone resulting in the elimination of 45 rats (terrorist elements) and 25 vehicles, after which the column of this filth which rapes women, kills children and cuts the throats of black people in the streets retreated to Tarhouna, recently liberated by the LAF and patriots fighting for the Jamahiriya, which repelled this scourge.

At al-Brega, another NATO helicopter, used to deadly effect against civilians time and time again in this conflict, was brought down as NATO continues terrorist air strikes against the civilians of Bani Walid, Sirt and now Waddam on the Juffra Oasis.

General Khamis al-Qathafi’s 32 Brigade has created a special unit which will destroy terrorist elements in all parts of the country, this unit having complete autonomy in operational engagements.

Meanwhile, as predicted in this column at the beginning of the conflict, its internationalisation has begun: the Tuareg tribe which covers large areas of Libya, Mali, Niger and Algeria has called a General Assembly at which they have declared the Rats (NATO/Terrorists) as enemies. The Niger Tuareg have warned each of these governments with a civil war if they submit to the Rats and recognize them as a legal government.

On Sunday September 18, a Green Flag (symbol of the people's power Jamahiriya advocated by Muammar Qaddafi) was hoisted inside Tripoli University. Why did Camoron and Sarko not leave the airport of Tripoli surrounded by thousands of special forces and dozens of helicopters? Why is the National Terrorist Council still holed up in Benghazi, where this separatist coup d’état began and not in Tripoli which it claims to have "liberated" after massacring an estimated 50,000 citizens in the week following the August 21 invasion? And on Monday, Libyan armed defense forces entered the city of Misurata.

Ras Lanuf was freed from the tyranny of the NATO/terrorist scourge on Friday and new fronts are being opened up by patriots and the popular defense forces -- Libya's slogan being "All power, all wealth and all arms in the hands of the people."

There are two sides to every coin. NATO has made a monumental mistake in supporting terrorists and racists for its own greedy purposes, to get its hands on Libya’s resources and to use it as a launching pad to recolonise Africa, destroying Muammar-al-Qathafi and the Libyan Jamahiriya’s projects which were costing western financial systems billions. If the west can only survive by siphoning off the resources of others, then these nations are leeches and parasites and deserve no respect at all.

Defunct UN and Kafkesque Libya

The UN is simply the political wing for the Franglo-American bankers war on Africa

The United Nations, which died on September 21st, is run by a "Security Council" which dictates what the world elite want to happen, and pushes its agenda through by power of "veto".

The occupation of Libya under the guise of the UN is being prepared, to have a foot hold into Africa and to augment the already stolen hundreds of billions of dollars "seized" from the Libyan government by the USA and European Union.

On 16th September the UNSC "agreed" to "support" the terrorist puppet "TNC" which rules over parts of the Libyan coast after a massive invasion and non-stop bombing now in its 7th month, and to lift the "no fly zone" which meant that nothing other than NATO air force could fly in violation of even their own terms.

The Libyan air force was all destroyed on the run ways which, bombed to smithereens along with Libyan and other civilian airliners such as Air Afriqiya air craft. Now, the terrorists will be allowed to fly, and some of the stolen Libyan assets "released" to them.

Meanwhile that TNC while incredibly saying Libya could become a "regional beacon for progress" after Libya has long been a world beacon for progress,addressed the "United Nations" calling for more help (thus progress means slavery, begging in the new kafkesque world "order"), and saying Libya could become an "oasis for development" (!) and also the way back for IMF and World Bank into Africa.

The African Union, which has now all but destroyed itself when it had the chance to become a model for the world and Africa, by shaking hands with the very UNwhich has continuously snubbed it and continues to do so. The UN web site itself, has a broken page when you click on the word meeting -- and note, that meeting with the UN does not even care to report on, took place on "margins" of other meetings:

"Ban Ki-moon and AU Commission Chairperson Jean Ping, in a meeting on the margins of the current 66th session of the General Assembly"

But this is all good. It simply shows that governments of the world, the few fascists that do not represent their populations, are on the way out, and a real new world order of democracy and justice is on the way in.
