Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today's historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice.

오늘자로 국제사법재판소의 역사적인 평결에 따르면 교황 베네딕트는 반인류범죄 행위로 25년의 수감생활을 할 것이며, 바티칸의 모든 자산들은 압류될 것이라고 한다.

 

The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens' arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today.

브뤼셀에 위치한 법원은 일반시민 배심원들로부터 만장일치로 평결된 상기 내용을 공표하였으며,

시민들에 의한 피고인 30여명에 대한 체포를 3월 4일에 시작하도록 오늘 25일자로 판결했다.

 

The verdict read in part,

"We the Citizen Jury find that the

 Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy"

" 우리 배심원단은 이 사건의 상기 피고인들이 두 가지의 기소에 유죄평결을 내린다, 즉, 반인류적 범죄행위와 현재에도 진행중인 범죄기획에 가담했다는 것인데 피고들은 이러한 범죄행위들을 부추기고 지원하며 직접실행하였다는 내용이다. "

 

The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized. The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001,

배심원단은 피고인들에게 가석방 불가의 25년형을 내렸으며 그들의 모든 개인자산들을 압류하는 것으로 결정하였다 .

 

"The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged.

"피고인들은 그들 스스로 이 법원에 의해 권위를 인정받은 평화사무국과 대행권한 단체에 항복 할 것을 명령받았으며, 고발조치에 따른 유죄를 통보받고있다. "

 

"The Defendants have seven days from the issuing of this ORDER, until March 4, 2013, to comply.

After March 4, 2013, an International Arrest Warrant will be issued against these Defendants".

The guilty parties include Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the head officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada. The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors.

유죄평결 내용은 법원검찰에 의해 작성된 150건의 증거목록들이 30여명 이상의 시민대표 배심원들에 의해 근 한 달간 송부조치에 따른 것이었다.

 

These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants' institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.

이러한 증거목록들은 소위 캐나다의 인디언 원주민들 학교로 불리우는 곳의 어린이 세대들에 대한 대량학살 사건을 이행하고 감춘 사실들에 대한 반박 할 수 없는 상세자료들로 구성되어 있다.

 

None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court.

"Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn't innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?" commented one Juror, based in England.

영국의 한 배심원은 " 이후의 그들의 침묵은 내게 많은 것들을 의미하였죠. 그들이 무고하다면 이런 끔찍한 내용으로 기소되었을 때 자신들의 명성을 방어하기 위한 논쟁에 아무런 반박도 하지 않는 것 인지 모르겠네요 ? " 라고 언급했다.

 

"These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren't Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. So we felt we had to do more than slap their wrist. The whole reign of terror by state-backed churches that are above the law has to end, because children still suffer from it".

이 범죄행위는 어린아이들을 대상으로 하였고 단지 기독교인이 아닌 인디언 원주민 아이들을 제거시키기 위한 사악한 목적과 냉혈적인 의도예요. 그리고 피고인단은 여전히 이 범죄를 은폐하고 있습니다. 따라서 단순한 경고 이상의 무거운 조치가 필요하게 되었고요. 결국 정부가 뒤를 봐주며 법 위에 군림하는 교회의 공포정치는 반드시 종식시켜야만 합니다. 왜냐면 아이들이 이것으로부터 여전히 고통을 받고 있어요. "

 

The Court's judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools.

법원의 판결문은 캐나다에서 자행된 대량살상에 책임이 있는 모든 교회들의 자산과 재산들을 몰수하고, 공적 관리체계로 두어 원주민 지역학교에서 살해당했던 50,000 여명 이상의 아이들 가족을 위해 정부가 지불하는 배상금으로 활용 할 것을 명령했다.

 

To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children.

선고된 실형집행을 위해, 법원은 캐나다, 영국, 미국, 이탈리아 및 기타 12개국의 시민들에게 합법적인 집행 대리인으로써 (체포)영장을 수반한 무기소지 권한을 부여하였으며, 로마 카톨릭, 캐나다의 성공회 및 교회연합의 자산들을 평화적으로 강제 몰수 및 압수 할 권한 역시 부여하였다.

 

"This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world" commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor's Office, who presented its case to the world. "The verdict of the Court is clearly that these criminal church bodies are to be legally and practically disestablished, and their stolen wealth reclaimed by the people. Justice has finally begun to be be served. The dead can now rest more easily."

" 법원의 평결은 간결합니다. 범죄적 교회들은 합법적이고 실용적으로 폐지되어야 하며 그들이 훔쳐간 재산들은 사람들에 의해 다시 되돌아가야 한다는 것이죠. 정의는 결국 그렇게 작용하고 있습니다. 이제 희생자들은 좀 더 평안하게 잠들 수 있을 거예요. "

 

Court officers are delivering the Order to all the Defendants this week, including to the Canadian Prime Minister, the Queen of England and to Joseph Ratzinger, the retiring Pope Benedict who is avoiding arrest within the Vatican after suddenly resigning two weeks ago.

The citizens' arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order.
