너 자신의 컵을 채워라
Fill Your Own Cup
이 [에너지]변화 동안, ‘너 자신의 컵을 계속 채우는 것’이 매우 중요해질 것이다. 마침내 깨어나는 다수와 함께, 재능들을 수립한 자들은 마치 그들이 끊임없이 다른 이들을 돕는데 불러지고 있는 듯이 느낄 수 있다. 너에게 오는 자들의 일부는 진지하고, 꼬치꼬치 캐묻기를 좋아할 것이고, 다른 이들(그들의 피해자 의식에 갇힌 자들)은 도움과 조언을 요구할 것이지만, 결코 그것을 사용하지 않을 것이다. 너의 가슴은 “그들을 도우라”고 말할 테지만, 너의 마음은 “충분해”라고 말할 것이고, 균형을 잡는 것이 도전적인 체험이 될 수 있다.
이 시간 동안, 자기-보살핌이 필수적이다! 노를 말하는 것이 완벽하게 받아들일 수 있는 대답이다! 너의 몸과 영혼이 편안함을 확실히 만드는 것은 이기적이 아니다! 이루어질 많은 일이 있고, 빈 컵으로부터 부어주는 것은 불가능하다. 너는 너 자신을 위해 시간을 가질 가치가 있고, 그럴 자격이 있다! 세상이 네가 돌아올 때 여전히 거기 있을 것이다. (미소 지으며) - 창조자
During this shift, it will be very important to ‘keep your own cup full’. With a multitude finally waking, those that have established gifts may feel as if they are constantly being called upon to assist others. Some of those coming to you will be serious and inquisitive, others (stuck in their victim-hood) will demand help and advice but, never use it. Your heart will say, “Help them”, your mind will say, “Enough!” and striking a balance may become a challenging experience.
During this time, self-care is imperative! Saying no is a perfectly acceptable response! Making sure your body and soul are comfortable is not selfishness! There is much work to be done and it is impossible to pour from an empty cup. You are worthy and deserving of taking time for yourself! The world will still be there when you get back. (Smiling) ~ Creator

너는 완벽하다
You Are Perfect
나의 다정한 어린이여, 너는 너희 지구 계에서의 너의 시간의 진로에 걸쳐 많은 체험들로 축복받게 될 것이다. 그것들의 일부는 네가 그것들을 거처 움직일 때 축복들로 보이지 않을 수 있지만, 그것들은 축복들이다! (미소 지으며) 매번의 쉬프트와 함께, 매번의 성장의 기간과 함께, 네가 누구이고, 왜 네가 여기 ... 지금 ... 네가 살고 있는 곳에서 살며, 너희 행성의 변화에 참가하고 있는지에 대해 더 나은 이해로 온다. 과거, 현재, 미래(모두 동시에 존재하며)는 네가 누구인지의 일부이다. 네가 완벽함을 알아라, 비록 네가 그런 식으로 느끼지 못할 수 있다 해도. - 창조자
My darling child; you will be blessed with many experiences over the course of your time on your Earth plane. Some of them may not appear to be blessings as you move through them but, blessings they are! (Smiling) With each shift, with each period of growth, comes a better understanding of who and why you are here…now…living where you are living and participating in the changing of your planet. Past, present and future (existing all at once) are a part of who you are. Know that you are perfect, even though you may not feel that way. ~ Creator

A Chance To See...
이 놀라운 쉬프트가 너희 의식으로 가져올 수 있는 일들의 또 다른 하나는 너 자신을 정말로 볼 그 필요성이다. 완전한 크기의, 모든 것을 보는 거울 앞에 서 있다고 상상해봐라. 육체적, 감정적, 정신적인 것들을 비추는 거울을. 너의 현재 자아와 더 높은 자아, 영혼과 그 신성한 불꽃이 ... 모든 것이 너에게 사용가능하고, 맨 눈으로 보인다. 너의 반응이 무엇이 될까? 너의 뇌는 수치심, 기쁨, 혹은 죄책감을 기록할 것인가? 행복이나 자기-혐오나 사랑에 대해선 어떤가?
너희는 있어왔던 모든 것, 있는 모든 것, 있개 될 모든 것을 목격할 기회가 주어지고 있다. 너는 이러한 순간들을 더 이상 너에게 봉사하지 않는 것을 방출하기 위해, 아니면 그것을 지속하기 위해 사용할 것인가? 오직 너만이 너 자신을 위한 그 선택을 만들 수 있다. 자유 의지를 ... 너는 그 나머지를 알고 있다. (윙크를 하며) - 창조자
Another one of the things this amazing shift may bring to your consciousness is the need to really look at yourself. Imagine standing in front of a full-length mirror and seeing everything. The physical, emotional and mental. Your current and higher self, the soul and the Divine Spark…all available to you and seen by the naked eye. What would be your reaction? Would your brain register shame, joy or guilt? How about happiness, self-loathing or love?
You are being given the opportunity to witness all that has been, all that is and look to all that will be. Will you be using these moments to release or continue to hold onto what no longer serves you? Only you can make that choice for yourself. Free will…you know the rest. (Winking) ~ Creator

Relax & Allow
너희가 현재 에너지 파도와 관계할 때, 휴식을 취하는데 너의 최선을 다해라! 너의 관심을 겨루는 많은 방해들이 있지만, 무한한 그림 속에서는 그것이 그다지 문제되지 않는다. 행동으로 나타내는 2살짜리 아이처럼, ‘낡은 방식’이 서서히 사라지면서 그것은 너의 초점을 그것으로 유지하고, 너의 목표들로부터 멀어지도록 무엇이든 할 것이다. 너의 평화를 유지하고, 너 주위의 자들에게 조건 없는 사랑을 계속 보내는 것은 너에게 달려 있으며, 모든 것이 적절한 속도와 방향에서 움직이고 있음을 알아라. 해야 할 네게 남은 유일한 일은 허용하는 것이다! - 창조자
As you engage with the current wave of energy, do your best to relax! There are plenty of distractions vying of your attention but, in the infinite picture, it does not matter much. Like a two-year-old child acting out, the ‘old way’ is slowly fading and it will do anything to keep your focus on it and away from your goals. It is up to you to maintain your peace, continue to send Unconditional Love to those around you and know that all is moving at the proper pace and direction. Find Confidence
네가 십대였을 때를 돌이켜 생각해봐라, 모든 것이 이상하고, 제 자리에 있지 않는 듯, 당황스럽고, 단지 불편했던 것에 대해 말이다. 너는 “나의 확신이 어디에 있는가?! 난 그것이 여기 어딘가에 있음을 알고 있어”라고 너 자신에게 물을 것이고, 네가 단지 어떻게 느끼거나 행동할지를 알지 못하는 날들이 있었다.
[에너지]변화의 다음 파도가 너희 지구 계로 올 때, 너는 매우 비슷한 무언가를 느끼기 시작할 수 있다. 너와 너 주위의 자들이 너의 자리, 너의 꼭 맞는 자리를 찾기 위해 일하고 있는데, 새로운 사회가 발달하고, 그것이 많은 다른 수준들에서 도전적이 될 수 있을 때에 말이다. 이 새로운 에너지로 너 자신이 걸어 올라가게 하고, 너 자신에게 소개하는 것이 어색할 수 있지만, 내부의 결의의 원천을 기억하고, 네가 진실로 이 일을 할 수 있음을 알아라! - 창조자
Think back to when you were a teenager; just about everything felt odd, out of place, embarrassing and just plain uncomfortable. You would ask yourself, “Where is my confidence?! I know it’s in here somewhere” and there were days when you just did not know how to feel or act.
As the next wave of the shift comes to your Earth plane, you may begin to feel something very similar. You and those around you are working to find your place, your niche as a new society develops and it may be challenging on many different levels. Stepping up and introducing yourself to this new energy can be awkward but, remember the well of determination within and know you are truly capable of this task! ~ Creator
