The Compassionnate Heart

가끔, 네가 할 수 있는 유일한 것은 듣는 것이다.

만약 누군가가 너에게 그들의 삶에서의 고통에 대해 기꺼이 마음을 터놓는다면,

무슨 일이 진행되고 있는지를 정확히 아는 것이 필수적이지 않다…..

그들은 직접적으로 그것에 대해 기꺼이 말할 준비가 되어있지 않을지도 모르며 그것은 그들의 선택이다.

Sometimes, the only thing you can do is listen.

If someone is willing to open up to you about pain in their lives,

it is not necessary to know exactly what is going on…..

they may not be ready/willing to speak of it directly and that is their choice.

The best thing to do is hold space for them without judgement and without ‘digging for dirt’ or details.

A Valid Fear?

두려움들은 하나의 경험에서 그들 자신의 근거를 가지고 있고 너는 추측된 현실 속으로 그것들을 영속시키는 그 사람이다.

만약 그 ‘만약 어쩌지의 문제들’에 사로잡힌다면 너의 성장을 지체시키는 끝없는 정체의 순환을 만들어낸다.

Fears have their basis in one experience and you are the one that perpetuates them into an imagined reality. Getting caught up if the ‘what ifs’ create an endless loop of stagnation that hinders your growth. If you allow yourself to release this, step out of your comfort zone and
