마치 세상이 너의 주변에서 와르르 무너져 내리고 있는 것과 같이 느낄 때, 멈추어라,

잠시 시간을 갖고 바로 지금 네가 있는 그 순간 속에 있어라.

너의 눈을 감고 그것이 너의 몸의 안팎으로 움직이는 대로 호흡을 느껴라.

비록 일들이 너의 계획대로 정확히 움직이지 않을지라도, 일들은 정확히 계획대로 진행하고 있다.

그것에 대해 생각해 보아라.

우주는 항상 존재해 왔고 도전적인 문제를 바라보는 또 다른 길이, 하나의 특이한 문인,

피난용 비상구와 함께 항상 거기에 존재할 것이다. 그것을 알기 위한 시간을 너 자신에게 주어라. ~ 창조자

 

When it feels as if the world is crashing down around you, stop,

take a moment and be in the moment you are in right now.

Close your eyes and feel the breath as it moves in and out of your body.

Even though things may not be going exactly to your plan, things are going exactly to plan.

Think about it.

kind and sensitive thing anyone has ever said to you and stretch it to infinity;

Choose Wisely

 

나의 사랑아, 너는 오늘 무엇을 할 것이냐? 너는 잡담, 부정적 자기 대화, 걱정하기 또는 당치도 않는 것,

또 한사람의 인간 존재를 증오하는 것과 같은 일들을 추구하면서 너의 날을 보낼 것이냐?

그렇지 않으면…너는 너 자신을 사랑함으로써, 낡은 상처들과 고통들을 방출하면서 또는, 어쩌면,

꼭 돈이 살 수 없는 무언가를 다른 사람에게 주면서 그 시간을 더 현명하게 사용할 것이냐?

 

네가 자유의지의 선물을 받았다는 것은 지금은 일반적인 지식인데 나는 너로부터 그것을 결코 빼앗지 않는다.

이것은 오직 네가 그것을 체험할 수 있는 어떤 방식으로 너의 지구계를 체험하기 위한 가장 좋은 기회를

제공해 (준다) 주었다. 나의 사랑하는 아이야, 사랑을 깃들이고 현명하게 선택하는 것을 잊지 마라. ~ 창조자

 

What will you do today, my love? Will you spend your day in pursuit of things like gossip, negative self-talk, worrying or, Heaven forbid, hating another human being? Or…will you spend that time more wisely by loving yourself, releasing old hurts and pains or, perhaps, giving something to another that money just cannot buy?

 

It is now common knowledge that you were given the gift of free will and not even I can take that away from you. This gave (and gives) you the best opportunity to experience your Earth plane in a way that only you can experience it. Remember to choose wisely and lovingly, my darling child. ~ Creator

When you do not understand, agree or relate directly to another,

너는 “아니야, 너는 이해 못해! 너는 내가 아니야!”라고 너를 비명 지르고 싶도록 만든다. 너는 혼자가 아니다!

썩 좋지 않은 일이 닥칠 때, 그것을 하게(허락) 하라. 그렇다, 그것은 도전(매력)적일 수 있다.

아니, 그것은 그다지 기분이 좋지 않을 수도 있다. 하지만, 일단 그것이 어디로든 나오면 그것은 돌아오지 않는다.

Is it one of those days, my beautiful child, when even someone saying to you,

"Yes, I understand” makes you want to scream, “No, you don’t! You’re not me!"

You are not alone! When the not so good stuff comes up, let it. Yes, it can be challenging.

No, it might not feel all that good. But, once it is up and out it is not coming back.

Always remember; you are in the process of becoming a better person every moment of every day.
