The Moment

What Memo?!

너는 너의 삶에 대한 계획들을 세웠다, 너는 네가 어떤 방향으로 움직이고 있는지를 안다,

너는 행복하게 지내기 위해 너의 최선을 다하고 따라서 너의 신성한 용기를 대우한다,

그러나 가끔, 우주는 다른 계획들을 갖는다.

너의 도착 전에, 너와 나는 대화를 나눴다.

네가 체험할 것을 요청한 어떤 일들이 있었다,

그러나 너희 중 일부는 ‘메모를 둔 곳을 잊었을’ 것이다. (미소 지으며)

You have made plans for your life, you know which direction you are moving,

sometimes, The Universe has other plans.

There were certain things you asked to experience,

기억하여라, 네가 다른 사람들을 살피고 너 자신을 그들과 비교하는 동안,

On your journey, you may feel as if you are falling behind.

Everyone else is catching on faster, attaining more, doing more,

feeling better and adjusting more quickly than you.

Permission To Be Human

모든 것이 제자리를 벗어난 것처럼 느낀다. 이것이 일어날 때, 부디 기억하여라,

실망하고, 당황하거나 화가 치미는 것을 느끼는 것은 괜찮다. 그것에 대해 자책하지 마라.

가끔은, 방해되지 않도록 그것들을 안전하게 이동시키고 더 행복한 일들과

There may be times where you are in a ‘not so good’ space.

Even when your intentions are good, it feels as if nothing makes sense

and all is out of place. When this happens, please remember,

it is OK to feel disappointed, upset or angry. Do not punish yourself for it.

At times, it is necessary to let these feelings out safely to move them out of the way

and make room for happier things and thoughts to arrive.

You are human, give yourself permission to be one. ~ Creator
